Delta is also demonstrating its intelligent robotic arm solution including the SCARA Robot and 5-axis Cartesian coordinate robotic arm system.

CNC System Solutions
- High Speech Tapping Machine (Solution from Delta; Machine from Fair Friend Group)
This solution adopts Delta’s CNC controller, multi-axis servo drives and spindle motor to perform high precision and synchronized rigid tapping with 6,000rpm to 12,000rpm in 355ms (0.335 second). Under the rated speed of 6,000rpm, the tapping machine delivers high speed performance with 0.88 second per tapping. In addition, the system offers power regeneration, and is able to transform the energy generated during instant braking into reusable power with a Delta C-Box, saving up to 70% energy.
- Dental Milling Machine (Solution from Delta; Machine from DMARK)
Delta’s CNC controller and distributed motion control system for this dental milling machine performs with an excellent 8KHz response speed. Delta servo drives also provide a fine interpolation function for a smooth speed and greatly enhanced surface finish. The dental milling machine features high speed, high precision, and superior surface finishing and stability.
- Vertical Machining Center (Solution from Delta; Machine from Yang Iron Precision Corp.)
Delta’s integrated CNC solution delivers excellent performance for this vertical machining center with a CNC controller, servo system, PM spindle motor, and machine vision system. It is capable of performing tasks requiring high precision, high quality, efficiency, a short processing time, and fine surface finishing, such as milling, boring, drilling, screw thread tapping, screw cutting and many other complicated machining processes. The vertical machining centers are used to manufacture many types of components in industries such as machinery, automobiles, architecture, injection molding, and many more.
- Turret and Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) Solutions
Delta’s turret and ATC solutions feature high tool changing efficiency, high system stability, and are also anti-noise, impact resistant, and oil resistant. Delta’s Turret and ATC solutions are now available in the markets of Germany and Italy, bringing high efficiency and benefits to customers.
SCARA Robot Solutions
Delta’s new SCARA Robot DRS40L Series and industrial robot solution features high-speed, high precision, and compliance control functions. It has been successfully applied in Delta’s Wujiang and Taoyuan plants with the benefits of tripling productivity and significantly lowering manpower costs.
